He is engaged in execution of Debt including ECBs, structuring of the transactions, inbound investments and offshore company formations. He is also one of the speaker on the reckoned platform of ICAI and contributor of articles to IBFD, Netherlands and Taxmann. He has worked with Deloitte and IDEA cellular in past. He has played key role in M&A deals of listed companies and valuations.
